CoD zombies browser on mobile?
Short answer: the Black Ops 1 zombies browser port and Nazi Zombies: Portable both need a computer with a keyboard and mouse. On a phone, play one of the touch-friendly zombie games below instead.

Zombie games that run on your phone
These play in your phone's browser with an on-screen joystick or tap controls. A short ad from the game's distributor may play first.
Chromebooks
Will it run on my Chromebook?
The Black Ops 1 port asks for a lot: a 64-bit browser, WebGL2 with GPU acceleration, and room for a 1.5 GiB game heap plus graphics and sound. Most low-end and school Chromebooks fall short and show a memory or graphics error.
Nazi Zombies: Portable is far lighter, about 100 MB in total, so it's the better bet on a modest machine. We haven't tested it on a Chromebook ourselves.
Controllers
Can I use a controller?
We haven't confirmed controller support for either game in a browser. Nazi Zombies: Portable includes gamepad bindings in its settings, so a controller may work in browsers that support gamepads; plug it in before you load the game and test it in the menu.
For the Black Ops 1 port, plan on a keyboard and mouse. If you hit problems on a computer, see BO1 browser not loading.
Questions
FAQ
Can I play Black Ops 1 zombies in a browser on my phone?
No. The browser port on vel.gg shows a "Desktop required" screen on phones and tablets, and it needs a keyboard and mouse.
Can I play Nazi Zombies: Portable on my phone?
Not the browser version: it's built for a keyboard and mouse. NZ:P has native builds for Windows, Linux, Nintendo Switch, 3DS, PSP and PS Vita on the NZ:P Team's GitHub, but not for Android or iPhone.
Does the BO1 browser port work on a Chromebook?
Only on stronger ones. It needs a 64-bit browser with WebGL2 and enough memory for a 1.5 GiB game heap, which most low-end Chromebooks don't have.
Can I use a controller?
We haven't confirmed controller support for either game in the browser. Nazi Zombies: Portable ships with gamepad bindings in its config, but whether they work depends on your browser and controller. Keyboard and mouse is the safe choice.
