After you pick a map, the pre-game screen lets you tune the run:

  • Game modeClassic by default

FAQ

What is NZ:P?

A fan remake of Call of Duty: World at War zombies on the Quake engine, made by the NZ:P Team since 2009. The code is open source and the assets are Creative Commons licensed.

Is it Black Ops 1 zombies?

No. It's a separate game with its own maps, models and sounds. If you want the original Black Ops maps, see our BO1 browser guide.

How big is the download?

About 100 MB: a 5 MB engine and a 94 MB game package. Your browser caches it, so return visits load faster.

Phone or tablet?

This browser version is meant for desktop with keyboard and mouse. NZ:P also has native builds for Windows, Linux, Switch, 3DS, PSP and PS Vita on the team's GitHub.

It's stuck or won't start

Reload the page. If it still fails, use an up-to-date 64-bit desktop Chrome, Edge or Firefox with hardware acceleration turned on.

Is this the official site?

No. We host the NZ:P Team's unmodified web build under its open licenses. The team's own builds and source are on GitHub.
